Coding classes or Gradis?
Your child's world will run on AI. Gradis gets them ready for it. That is a different job from teaching them to code.
Coding classes teach a child to write code. Gradis leaves code out on purpose, because AI now writes most of it. What a child needs instead is to decide what to build, say exactly what they want, and check that what AI made actually works.
| Question | Coding classes | Gradis |
|---|---|---|
| What your child does | Writes code, usually from a set course | Builds an app they chose, with an AI coach |
| What they practise | Syntax and logic | Deciding, explaining, checking |
| The AI | Often not part of it | Builds, and pushes back instead of handing over answers |
| Format | Usually one to one or a batch | One live hour a week, six kids or fewer, a live host |
| What you see | Course progress | The app, and the decisions they made, in their own words |
Can my child do both?
Yes. If your child loves coding, keep it. Gradis isn't a replacement for it. It's where they practise using AI well, on something of their own.
